Group Company is the company of more than one company in a single company. Group Company is mostly use for the reporting purpose as well as income tax audit report.
To Create a Group company, it is important that currency of each company should be same.
In the above image I had made tree new company in the
name of Compnay1, Company2, and Company3 than made a group Company by filling
the detail.
If you want to add any other company after creation of group company then just open that company in same tally then go to alteration part of Group company add the name of company in member company option.
