How to change the Voucher Number in Tally?

It is better to change the Voucher numbering method before starting your transaction because in default tally voucher numbers come automatically if any voucher gets deleted the number of vouchers will also change so you should change the voucher number method from Automatic to Automatic (Manual Override).

·      Prevent duplicate should be “YES”

·      Set your prefix or suffix if you require it.

Steps: Accounting info / Inventory info > Voucher type > alter > select your voucher > change numbering method > Accept.
