1 Day Book:
Day Book is the report, which shows your day to day transactions here you can check either your one-day transaction, monthly transaction, yearly transaction, etc.
For Day Book: Gateway of Tally > Display > Daybook
2 Sales Register /Purchase Register:
This is a report where you get periodically report of your sales and purchase transaction.
For Sales / purchase Register: Gateway of Tally > Display > Account Books > Sales Register / Purchase Register.
3 Columnar Report:
Here you will get the Columns report of your monthly transactions. For easy to understand and analyse your data.
For Columnar Reports: Gateway of Tally > Display > Account Books > Sales Register > Columnar (R.H.S).
4 ledger wise Report:
When you want to report ledger or party-wise.
Gateway of Tally > Display > Account Book > Ledger
5 Trial Balance:
Trial balance is the statement in which balance of all ledger compiled in debit and credit column. Trial balance is also used to check the accuracy.
In Trail Balance;
Debit includes: Assets, Expenses and losses.
Credit includes liability, income, and gains.
6 Profit & Loss:
Profit and Loss is a statement or a document that shows the net profit or loss of the company which later transfer to the balance sheet.
In P&L statement profit will show at the debit side and transfer to the balance sheet at the liability side.
In P&L statement Loss will show at the credit side and transfer to the balance sheet at the Asset side.
7 Balance sheets:
The balance sheet is the financial statement of the company which is divided into two parts Liabilities and Assets.
The profit or loss value which it received from the P&L statement needs to transfer to Capital account.
